Anodizing is the electrolytic oxidation process in which the surface layer of metal is transformed to allow it to provide protective, decorative, or functional properties. Exterior anodize coatings provide good stability to ultraviolet rays, which do not chip or peel, and are easily repeatable. Anodizing offers a large increasing number of glass and colour alternatives and minimizes or eliminates colour variations.
A modernized, PLC controlled Anodizing/ electro-coloring plant ensures uniform coating to match the taste & décor for varied applications, without any color variation. The extrusions are anodized up to 25 microns in different colors like silver, champagne, bronze & black. A full proof sealing system ensures durable finish for long lasting applications.
